STATEMENTS OF SUPPORT

These individuals support my candidacy for the Board.

Karen and David Tuvim , Next Door Neighbors Paul Lavigne has been a good friend and neighbor to us since he moved to Four Seasons in 2021. He’s friendly and easy to get to know. He’s always there to help a neighbor. When he starts a project he sees it through to completion, i.e: The File of Life Project. We experienced first hand the importance of the File of Life when we had to call 911 and the fireman immediately took the documents from the refrigerator. He has taken an interest in the community by taking part in committees and clubs. His past experience in managing residential facilities makes him well qualified to be a candidate for the Board of Directors.

Linda Hendrickson, Resident Since 2004 Paul For The Board, Paul has been active in our community for the last number of years in numerous capacities. As a member of both the Board's Finance and Architectural Review Committees,he demonstrated leadership and communication skills. He initiated the FILE OF LIFE project, sent to our residents, giving them invaluable information regarding medical issues.Paul played a significant role in the Readers Theater Club, writing the articles and videoing for them and the Vintage Voices. Most  importantly, Paul is a man of integrity, who cares deeply for the well  being of how our community functions. He has developed this web site, offering extensive information about himself, as well as how H.O.A.'s function according to the law. I cast my ballot for a man of integrity and a history of strong  executive skills.

Ellyn Wolfe , Former Renter & New Friend My house flooded in 2024, and I had to move out while repairs were made. After a month in a hotel in Murrieta, I needed the comfort of a real house in Four Seasons and ended up renting Paul Lavigne’s beautiful home for two months. I felt right at home—it was tastefully furnished, had every accessory, and everything was well organized and in perfect order, much like Paul himself. He was a kind and generous landlord who made my transition easy, made sure everything was perfect before I moved in, and followed up to make sure everything was okay. He even turned over the contents of his pantry and refrigerator for me to use! And when I returned to my own home, he gifted me with a planter for my garden. Thank you, Paul. We have since become good friends.

Marney Gibbs, Staunton, Virginia I have known Paul for more than 45 years. I observed Paul on numerous boards of directors over many years when I was also a director. He is a great “facilitator” as a team member on a board. Paul carefully listens to and respects to the opinions of everyone. He contributes and encourages others to contribute their ideas. Substantially different opinions and intelligent arguments are always welcome. Paul encourages colleagues who may be reluctant to speak; he always tells the truth. He tries to help a board arrive at an acceptable conclusion, unanimous, if possible. Paul is an outstanding candidate for the Four Seasons’ Board of Directors.

Cheryl Santello, GriefShare Facilitator, Cornerstone Church, Hemet, CA I met Paul when he joined our GriefShare group after the passing of his lovely wife Mary. It was a privilege and an honor to walk with Paul through his journey of grief. I found his honesty, openness and willingness to listen and learn an encouragement to myself and others in the class. During his time in GriefShare he created a powerful curriculum called My Final Gift, that provided people with a hands-on workbook to assist in planning for when they pass away. His passion, wisdom and insight brought a much-needed resource to our group. Paul and I developed a mutual respect and friendship that has enriched my life. In my humble opinion Paul would be an excellent Board Member because he brings vast experience, a desire to help others, and the tenacity to bring about change. If I lived at Four Seasons, my vote would be for Paul Lavigne!
